Everyone and everything with Alamo Rental in Honolulu was excellent. Great customer service, great staff support, a clean and serviceable car, smooth pick up and smooth drop off processes. Also liked how the elimination of stickers and bar codes helped to keep the car less noticeable and identifiable as a rental car.
No complaints. The car did what we needed it to do. It did sound like something was a little loose in the front end when we hit bumps in the road. Otherwise no problems.
