Midsize Car Rental in USA Nevada

Online booking was quick and easy. I received immediate confirmation. And the price was very reasonable. I call the help center to clarify what documents were needed. Online stated that I needed a passport, plus driver| s license. I called to verify and was told that I only needed my CDL since I am a US citizen. It also stated that I needed to print out two copies of my voucher and present it at the rental booth. That was not needed either. They didn| t even ask to my voucher. They should update the website to reflect current requirements for rentals.

The staff was friendly and the entire car hire process was quick and easy. There is a shuttle service from the airport to the car hire location at regular intervals. The replacement car I was provided was in excellent condition and I had no issues throughout my road trip

It| s a busy airport so therewith be lines which is normal. The agent I was working at the counter was very nice and explained that they don| t have the exact make and model but he did give me an equivalent model. Finding car was super easy for me. BUT we did see a renter in front of us as we were leaving the garage who didn| t check the license plate and had to go back and get the correct vehicle. So my advice would be give yourself time to find the right vehicle and double check to make sure license plate and space number match and they are bothe on the printout you receive. Overall the best rental car experience yet! Thank you.
