It was a very easy process! I reserved online and just had to sign 1 paper in person. Getting the car was super fast and the drop off was as easy as handing the key to a worker.
The price was excellent, we got an excellent upgrade and the agents for dollar rental or good on both ends.
This was the best price for this booking. No problems when picking up the car. Voucher was honored without incident.
Other than the one negative, it was a really good experience. Just the way I want every rental to be - smooth and easy.

When I booked with EconomyBookings I thought after maybe it might be a scam but no they are legitimate and work everything I needed out as I had to cancel my first trip and they gave me a credit, and that worked out great as long as you let them know you need to cancel you get your credit towards your rental for next time and they came through and everything worked out as planned and I would use EconomyBookings again next time.
1. I printed the two Vouchers as advised, but I didn’t understand why 2. The rental amount confirmed online, and PAID prior to pick-up, was increased upon car pick-up, and the additional fees were not clearly explained. 3. No final invoice was given once the car was turned in. Still waiting to see what additional costs will be charged. 4. Provided the receipt to evidence gas tank was filled, however, the attendant did not review it and actually did not ask for the receipt. Why was I asked to provide this? 5. The shuttle back to the Car Rental Station was prompt, and the driver was very helpful with the luggage and the off-loading information. 6. The check-in attendant was very friendly and energetic. Although the line of people was very long, she maintained a cheery attitude throughout. This made the wait worth it.
Vehicle rode well on the many miles we put on over a weeks time. I enjoyed the steering assist. Car rode nicely.
Aside from only 2 staff members at the time of pickup. I hear that its usual for this company l. However, if need be I would rent again.

This is the second time I have used Economy Bookings. Both times went perfectly smoothly at each different rental company. The costs were much less than booking directly with the rental companies. I will definitely use them again.

The Reno Airport is an excellent place to rent a thrifty car. You can walk across the street and there are the cars! Highly recommend.

Because I made a date mistake.Unfortunately , I had to pay much more for the car, but thank goodness you were there.The only thing was I thought I was picking the car up at the terminal. It was a great running car with great gas mileage it got the job done!
