Staff was excellent. There was a line from all the flights coming in but the staff did the best they could.
It went great! I mean I was SUPER disappointed I didn| t get the Jeep. Me and my wife had been talking it up how long we| ve wanted to drive the jeep but they gave us some ford edge instead which had some nice luxuries. But MAN! That jeep had my wife sooo stoked!
Great price and car functioned well. Took awhile to figure out how to connect the Bluetooth to my phone and use AirPlay.

The rental agent who checked us in was wonderful! I can| t remember her name, but she worked out of the Hertz counter – – I guess they have an agreement with Dollar? And I remember that her lineage was American Indian.
