Excellent experience and fast confirmation..I tried another third party and didn| t get quick confirmation.you guys are really fast and professional.
My only complaint is that they moved me from what I expected would be a FWD compact SUV to a full size Grand Cherokee with 2WD RWD that is suboptimal for use in the mountains of Utah.
Everything was smooth from checking in to drop off, except for the screen connection for blue tooth. However staff helped us to get it working. The Nissan Rogue was perfect for the four of us and our luggage, and all wheel drive was great for driving through National Parks, and going the distance we did.
Watch out for the Switch and Bait process at the counter. Counter person tried to get me to buy additional insurance and towing service.
Never heard of sixt before but this was the best experience ever. Will use again

We got our car at Salt Lake City airport. Originally we booked Rav 4 Toyota but were given Ford. It was a little bit disappointing. All the processes of getting the car and leaving it were very simple and smooth
Ended up with a very nice SUV, after we confronted the supervisor at the lot when we picked up the car. Car was well suited for the mountains. Very nice features. Drop off took about 2 minutes or less. After the checkin problems were fixed, the rest of our experience were pleasant.

It had room enough for the family and all our bags. The vehicle performed well and was very comfortable. The drop off service was outstanding as a misplaced item was quickly recovered after return of the vehicle. Sixt staff were very courteous and helpful at all times.
I really like the speed and friendliness of the staff and I loved the car I was given!
Lina was friendly and helpful finding some discounts when we were told about unexpected charges.
I will rent through Sixt directly for my future needs and avoid Economy Bookings. Sixt was fabulous!!! Their fleet of cars are first class.
