The overall experience was great. The only issue was when we made the call to the rental car place there was a language barrier, and we had to find a local person to help us with the transaction to have someone pick us up from the airport to take us to the rental car place.

Excelente servicio En Economy Bookings encontré una gran oferta de alquiler en la agencia Localiza del Aeropuerto de Cartagena donde me atendieron muy bien Me asignaron un vehículo de una mejor categoría con caja automática al mismo valor que la reserva y sin costo extra. great experience, the car was clean, in very good condition and the process was efficient and fast picking and delivering the vehicle. the only issue was that the rental agency is not located at the airport and we had to walk a little to find the agency and wait about 25 minutes to be picked up. Maybe not the fault of the staff as that they there was a lot of traffic and the person at the counted end up taking us to the rental place as apparently the shuttle was stuck in traffic. the experience in general was great and all staff was super friendly and accomodating. will definitely rent with them again!
