Renting a car in general in Bogotá can be challenging, but overall this is one of the better and cheaper rental services. I would recommend having a moderate level of Spanish speaking ability or a friend that can help. Also, FYI, all car rental companies in Colombia expect the car to be washed before returning or you might be charged a washing fee. There is a car detailing service at the mall nearby that is cheap and very thorough.

excellent service easy to find in airport, van transportation to car is less than 5 minutes away. Staff was very helpful, car was handed off timely, no pushing into selling insurance or extras, you get what you paid no more asked. My first time renting and driving in Colombia, nothing different than in other European countries. Easy and convenience was a big plus. Really recommend to use Localiza the local rental company. Roads around Cali were in very good condition and safe. A great experience with no issues of any kind. Thank you keep up the good work and service.
