Mini Car Rental in Reykjavik

The girl in the office was delightful and so helpful. It was a joy to hire the car. Even gave us a lift to the terminal rather than getting the bus !!

The rental car we got was an upgrade to a similar size but a 4x4 model and it worked out great for our trip. The car worked well with no issues and pick up and drop off went well. We purchased the additional insurance for window damage which added a bit to the cost but figured it was worth it. Counter staff were helpful in providing some local road tips about toll roads and specific areas.

Christian was wonderful!! Great experience overall with everybody I interacted with and I’m incredibly grateful for y’all being able to accommodate my mistake in booking dates! I had accidentally booked the wrong start date and they made it easy to adjust. Will absolutely go through them whenever I’m back in Iceland.

Very nice experience. I booked car for the wrong date (1 day prior) but they provided the car. Also my GPS was not good enough, so the company refunded the GPS fees. Staff were very friendly and polite. Good experience.

This drop off experience was fantastic a d so much more than I’m used to when I drop off rental cars around the world on the many many airports. It was the first time that the wonderful lady (she is from Poland and will never forgive me that I can’t spell her name here) from the Fizzar drove me - as a “personal chauffeur” to the terminal!! That was a first . So, you can tell, this team and the entire Fizzar company was a new high level of experience . I can only hope and wish that they expand to may other countries so I can always shown my sympathy and respect and admiration to the team and hopefully experience similar wonderful agents as I just did yesterday !! Congratulations to all of YOU at FIZZAR!!! Note: No, since I figured out how to find you, I will tell everyone in the terminal to prevent that the unhelpful competitors(AVIS, etc.) won’t make anyone scared by saying FIZZAR it’s a scam !!
