Quick shuttle pickup from airport. Service from staff at check in great and clear explanatiobs. Car in good condition and had toll machine in it so did not have to worry about paying as went through toll roads and just paid at end when dropped off. Easy return and shuttle back to airport.
Overall, I was very happy with the service. The car was clean, and the rental process was smooth and hassle-free. However, I was disappointed that the air conditioning didn’t work, especially during a particularly hot week. Additionally, the car struggled on hills, which made some drives less comfortable than expected. Despite these issues, I appreciate the customer service and will likely use the service again.

Initially I was disappointed it was not an on-airport collection. However speedy Shuttle to facility was less than 10 minutes away Great staff, very easy return and speedy Shuttle transfer back to airport.

Excellent service by the staff on collecting the car and the lovely lady made it so easy and easy return process and would use them again in January next year when i am back over in Algarve. The only thing i want to check is that the insurance excess deposit is still showing as pending in my credit card account.

The car was what I booked - which is great. No problem with it. The pick up was quick and comfortable via electronic queue. I would like to thank Jonathan from GoldCar service (Lisbon, Airport branch) for his patience and help. I had a problem with documents and he managed to resolve it. That was a releif, otherwise without a car the whole trip would be ruined.

Very helpful staff on the pick up and drop off. Provided lots of helpful information. No queues. We walked from the terminal to pickup as it| s about 7 minutes walk. On the way back we used the minibus service. The car was a fiat panda, good little car, perfectly accommodated my family of 4. We did over 1000km in one week and had no issues at all. No one pushed to buy extras, just kindly explained all the risks. The only extra was €50, as we drove to Spain, I was aware of that fee in advance, as it was mentioned in the contract.
