Klasswagen is good company with very helpful personnel. Insurance arrangements are a bit of a hassle in Portugal, but that is true in a lot of countries---I| m looking at you, Mexico---and it is not the fault of the company. I would happily use Klasswagen again.

We got what we asked and for us the car was perfect. The persons who handled check-in en check-out where very helpfull.
They were fantastic, every agent spoke multiple languages and the process was quick and efficient. There location we be very difficult to find without reps in the airport, bear in mind they don| t have a kiosk just a person merging you in the open area with a clip board and color coordinated green shirt so pay attention. I would absolutely use their services again when traveling, make sure to have agps map app though, getting to their return location would be a huge challenge without it.
This was just an insanely good deal. Staff were friendly and fast and the car took us where we wanted to go.

Rented from these folks in Lisbon. Everything thing went well for us. We were fortunate to have no customers in front of udon pick up and drop off. Did see others in the waiting area when we returned so it is possible for delays.

We got the car we selected. We were able to do a one-way trip. The EuropCar employees were very kind and helpful. We quickly got the receipt of our total charges after dropping off car to closed location.

The car was what I booked - which is great. No problem with it. The pick up was quick and comfortable via electronic queue. I would like to thank Jonathan from GoldCar service (Lisbon, Airport branch) for his patience and help. I had a problem with documents and he managed to resolve it. That was a releif, otherwise without a car the whole trip would be ruined.
Here| s a helpful tip: next time, consider declining full coverage on the site, as the rental car company will likely offer the same coverage option, saving you 1600 EU from being held in your account.
