Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the android auto not working and several of the staff tried to fix it for us. When this failed, they arranged for us to get a different car from another location that worked properly. Although some might complain that this took up too much of our time, it didn| t bother us becuause we were on vacation and not in a rush to get to our next location

there was nothing wrong with the car. there were a number of scratches to the paint work, ALL of which were pre noted. It| s always difficult when there is no one to speak to at the actual pickup. we have been stung by bad companies before! NOT this time. all went well at return.
