The initial car had an engine light problem so we asked to change it and were given an upgrade no hassles, no quibbles. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again.

Once at the rental company’s site, the pick up process was simple and easy. The car was just what was needed and also very fuel efficient. Drop off was a simple process too. Will definitely look at using the company again when in Portugal.
