Given the array of negative feedback you see about car rental companies, it| s always a worry but Drive On Holidays completely allayed my fears. The transfer bus from Airport to site was on site within minutes of arrival, took about 5 mins to get to the pickup location and the quality of the facility really made me relax. Pickup was easy and they explained the charges (1 X deposit payment) (1x payment for tolls on motorway to be refunded what is not used at the end) I also requested a baby seat that they provided. They encouraged me to take pictures and video of car and the make and model was exactly what I had booked. Drop off after holiday was a breeze, took less than 10 mins and they showed me the screen when refunding deposits etc for peace of mind. Shuttle straight back to Airport. Absolutely no issues which was a really pleasant surprise. Would use again and recommend.

This was possibly the best experience I have ever had renting a car and I have rented a lot all over the world. The staff were superb all with perfect English and a very charming and helpful manner and the car - VW TRoc - was almost new and very nice. There was no charge even though I organised to drop it off at Lisbon rather than Faro. Just brilliant.

The staff were very helpful, they loaded the car with our luggage, very polite and friendly. On the return, they went and got a trolley, and were very quick and efficient. I have genuinely not had a better service at a car rental anywhere.
Air Auto staff were excellent, and when I left my drivers license behind in the car they tracked me down at Faro Airport and dropped it back
I have hired cars for 40 years +, this is my first experience of Economy Bookings and Goldcar, it was simple, efficient, fair and competitively priced. I will not hesitate to use again. If you want champagne and pampering perhaps a chauffeured limo would be preferred.
Great staff are friendly and helpful. The car had many miles and the floor mats were torn up, but I exchanged it.

Nice modern car, automatic as requested, had Apple Carplay, easy to drive. Pickup was fairly quick, nice and easy. Drop off was very quick and easy and a lovely staff member who was really nice and friendly.
