The representative that dealt with us on our arrival was lovely; we had a delayed flight and only just made the closure time, (which we were fully aware of) but she was prepared to wait for us for a little over the specified time. The original car we received was defective and wouldn’t start so the representative stayed beyond her time to ensure that we were safely on our way (at this time it was way beyond her working hours), huge thanks for a great service.
