We got bad directions to the rental office and walked the entire parkade. Once we located the office though, every ting was irory as they say. Great experience. I speak very little Spanish, but the staff and I were able to communicate effectively. The pick up and drop off went very quickly the shuttle service was also effortless to and from the airport.

Brilliant from start to finish with Delpaso, they were excellent and will definitely use this service again and opt for them as the hire company! Worth the upgrade to fully comp as removes worry of any scratches by others which is always a risk in resorts. We got a free upgrade as well so good all round. 5 stars ⭐️

Excellent service. Everything is fast and clear. We did not immediately find a shuttle at the airport. And the car turned out to be with a manual transmission and 4 seats, and not with an automatic transmission and 5 seats, as we booked. But this did not spoil our impression of your service!
