I was a little nervous at first cause I read mixed reviews and other experiences with car companies. Guy who helped us with our rental was absolutely amazing! Informative and friendly. We ended up getting the full insurance which was actually a good price ($300 for 3 weeks) and worth the ease of driving around Spain and Portugal. We had our last rental broken in to last trip to Spain and ended up spending more. Drop off was so easy as well!! Loved everything about the service and this rental company!! Thank you again
No catches, no requotes. The salesperson was not trying to force me into any redundant insurance coverage. Quick and fair. Return plus shuttle bus to the terminal took about 20 mins, cannot complain.

Once I reached the office the staff was very helpful. Return was little complicated because the marking at the airport entrance was not clear but I did find the Solo office OK. Only problem I had that when I picked up the vehicle the gas gauge marker was between ! and the first marking. and when I returned the vehicle the indicator was on the other side of 1. and the tank was full. My only question when and how do I get back my deposit for this vehicle? Plus for one day I rented a vehicle in Marbella and that time I also had to deposit 1400US dollar? when should I receive my money?
