I have never used this company before but with the recent COVID price hikes they were the cheapest in the area by a long way. I was pleasantly surprised by their product and service, on par or better than the majors. My major peeve with car rentals is the high pressure, often threatening attempts to sell insurance and the failure to recognize that my, credit card coverage offers much of this free. This was not the case here and that alone will make me a return customer. All paperwork electronic and that is also a plus
