Brilliant company to deal with. Friendly staff and a lovely car fully valeted newly new car on pick up. All imperfections/faults noted perfectly with photos that were emailed to me, plus the staff member advised me to walk round video and photo before leaving so I had proof of the condition. Best thing of all is I saved over £500 be being picked and driven 5 minutes round the corner to pick up the car rather than pick up in the airport, the whole process was simple!

We usually book on airport, but have got so sick of the waiting times, the pressure from staff trying to sell their extortionate insurance, and the massive increase in costs, we decided to try off airport. Everything was done by email and whatsapp, all instructions were clear, saved us £300 on a 6 week booking, when we arrived at Alicante, the location of the car had been sent me, we just had to walk to the car park and locate it. Same with dropping off, just parked it up and sent location to them, no hassles. The car was maybe older than the on airport cars, with a few bumps and scrapes, and the rear boot shelf was missing, but we didn| t have any issues with it.
Belen was very helpful at collection of car assisted us to log in online on her phone as mine could not connect. She was present again at drop off and very quick and efficient process.
