We booked Yaris automatic car, but when we arrived to pick up the car, it was upgraded directly to Volvo XC 40 fully electric car, I felt super lucky, because this is my first time driving through Europe country, I had a same Volvo model in home just it’s gasoline car, but the function is almost same, so I got used to the car very quickly.
We were given a brand new car, so we cannot fault it, in any way. The ease of the check in and our process was flawless. Signage around the airport was very easy to make sure we knew exactly where to return the car
I was worried having read the reviews but I needn’t have been. Sorted the paperwork inside the main T2 terminal at Barcelona airport ( don’t go outside to the car park first like I did ) the thing to watch is that they tried to sell me the insurance by just telling me that I had to pay a certain amount. I clarified that I didn’t require insurance ( as I have cover on my own policy ) and he was fine with that but I had to put down a £1000ish deposit on my credit card. Went out and collected the car, brand new with no damage - exactly as I’d reserved. Had the car for 4 days, returned it, they checked it there and then and signed it off as not damaged ( I have taken a video just in case but that should be it ). No dramas, no issues. Value car for a value price. Would book again.
Pickup was a little slow because of all the form filling and questions but the car was in good condition - they were very good with any queries and were very helpful. My advice for ANY rental is not to rush and drive it away - check it all over properly and also get used to all the controls and finally set up the sat nav.
Everything worked exactly as it should and there were no problems at all. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the pick up was really quick.

A very friendly Russian-speaking girl. Absolutely fantastic! And the car is pretty good overall, runs fast and gets good gas mileage.
Good car but they said it was grey when in fact it was green which was hard to disprove at night. I prefer any colour to green.
Car was new, so was great. Staff was excellent picking up the car, and for the drop off.
