I’ve been using Economy Bookings since last fall and experienced nothing but accurate transactions, good prices and excellent service with their rental company partners.
Once I reached the office the staff was very helpful. Return was little complicated because the marking at the airport entrance was not clear but I did find the Solo office OK. Only problem I had that when I picked up the vehicle the gas gauge marker was between ! and the first marking. and when I returned the vehicle the indicator was on the other side of 1. and the tank was full. My only question when and how do I get back my deposit for this vehicle? Plus for one day I rented a vehicle in Marbella and that time I also had to deposit 1400US dollar? when should I receive my money?
Good car but they said it was grey when in fact it was green which was hard to disprove at night. I prefer any colour to green.
Belen was very helpful at collection of car assisted us to log in online on her phone as mine could not connect. She was present again at drop off and very quick and efficient process.

I couldn’t fault the service. Quick and efficient. My only regret is that I didn’t set the satnav to remember the pick up location at the time I picked the car up, as the paperwork didn’t specify where to return the vehicle!
