I was worried given the poor reviews for the Plaza de España rental office, but the staff interactions were some of the best I| ve ever had at a car rental agency. The process was super fast, the staff courteous, the car exactly what I needed and in great condition. The return was as easy and the follow-up with the company (when I called to see if I had left my wallet in the car) - attentive and very helpful. I will definitely use them again!

I would suggest that there be a link with the exact location including instructions in English on how to get to the car return parking lot, I searched for it a lot until I found it. Also, an important and critical note about the car was that the instructions on the dashboard were only in Spanish and this created a lack of control over the car. This severely affected my use of the car and caused many, many problems. It makes no sense that there are no instructions in English. It is simply an oversight - if there was a message on the dashboard about a critical problem in the car, I would not understand it!!!! Spanish is not an international language

car was ok had a bit of a water leak on return of the car i explained this to a member of staff they were fantastic and gave me a discount on my next rental and was really apologetic cant fault the service they were 10 out of 10 thank you
Solo Furgonetas were great - helpful and friendly - and communication was good when I had a warning light come about the tyres.
