The agent, Beatrice, was very helpful in providing the car we needed, even though we paid more for a larger van for our needs. The agent was very helpful and reasonable with the additional charge, and gave us a much larger van.

I was worried given the poor reviews for the Plaza de España rental office, but the staff interactions were some of the best I| ve ever had at a car rental agency. The process was super fast, the staff courteous, the car exactly what I needed and in great condition. The return was as easy and the follow-up with the company (when I called to see if I had left my wallet in the car) - attentive and very helpful. I will definitely use them again!

I would suggest that there be a link with the exact location including instructions in English on how to get to the car return parking lot, I searched for it a lot until I found it. Also, an important and critical note about the car was that the instructions on the dashboard were only in Spanish and this created a lack of control over the car. This severely affected my use of the car and caused many, many problems. It makes no sense that there are no instructions in English. It is simply an oversight - if there was a message on the dashboard about a critical problem in the car, I would not understand it!!!! Spanish is not an international language
