      Great experience. They need to emphasize that cars can be returned in terminal 1 and terminal 2 at Barcelona airport. The rental agreement only includes the address for terminal 2 as the drop off location.

      Car was make and model as booked - which was a pleasant surprise - this was important as i wanted to try it before buying my own. Record Go staff were fantastic and didn’t try to add on the extras - a refreshing change to other operators.

      The retention amount debited at the beginning of the rental will be credited back to my visa card. The price will be what was advertised even if Europcar was making me feel like I| ll be debited twice the amount. Good job
