Our flight from Melbourne was delayed for 3hrs15min. I booked our car through Economy Booking, I contacted Economy Booking to advise them that our flight has been delayed, if I can change my pick up time . Economy booking stated rental car company closed at 2200hrs and I need to pick at 7am in the morning . I rang up the Coastal rentals and advised them of our circumstances , that I need to be in Suva on the same night due to family reasons. Coastal rentals manager was kind enough to stay opened till we got in to Nadi @11pm , picked up my car with no issues. Big vinaka vakalevu to Coastal rentals Manager and her staff .
Henry was excellent in regard to both the pick up and drop off....clearly explained all we needed to know. There were no surprises.
Service was efficient, was met at arrival clearly signed by staff member, lovely car exactly as requested and met our needs of travelling along the Coral Coast up to Suva. Drop off was easy. Would definitely recommend to others and would use again.
The staff here are incredible - they are super communicative, checking in with you on your plans so they can be available right when you need them. The drop off was right at the departures area so we didn’t have to go offsite and lose time, and very simple/quick.
