We went with the car rental company NCH Rentals and were delighted to know that they are a 100% owned local company. The car was easy to pick-up and the staff were wonderful. On pick-up the staff met us at the airport and gave us the all the information that we needed to know about the car before handing over the keys. It was an overall wonderful experience and would definitely use them again.
Locals that worked there are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Returned it as requested and no troubles definitely recommend

It’s all very positive. It was probably our fault about getting confused about pickup location but it took us maybe 10mins to correct it. Everything else was 10/10
Only thing was that I wanted the rental car company to change the car as I extended my stay to attend family funeral however they wanted $160 to drop the other car to Rakiraki. The other car was not available until 1430hours on Monday so I had to drive from Rakiraki to nadi airport on Sunday to return the car. I returned the car one day earlier on Sunday. The company needs to take that into consideration however overall service was excellent
