Staff was very helpful and courteous. I thought having to pay for extra insurance to avoid a large (1300 euros) deposit was a rip off. Then I drove in Crete and got stuck in a 1500 year old alley and scratched the whole side of the car! Dropped it at the rental office, filled out a single form and paid a 15 euro fee and DONE. Excellent service.

Good service overall from the company. We initially booked a Land Rover with 9 seats but it was not available. The company contacted us prior to us arriving in Crete and we had a very nice and professional exchange with them which convinced us that it was the right thing to do to go for a VW Caddy. And it was. The car was in excellent condition and it served our party of 6 really well. Pickup and delivery were smooth and hassle free. I can tell the company is trying hard to keep its customers happy. It certainly kept us happy and we will come back to them in the future, as Crete is a destination that we often choose for our vacations.

Quick service, Location at the airport but not inside, 3 min walk to the lot next to the terminal. Fast and thorough info and paperwork procedure. $1500 deposit block released upon return. Little dusty inside but nothing major. Car was powerful enough for a family of 5 and great on gas.
