Delayed pickup, office locked, only hold music on phone but accept this was due to emergency elsewhere. Further delay due to departing couple having left phone in locked drop-off with flight imminent, not fault of Surprice. Helpful staff member once available. Car (Duster) was average mileage, clean, and ran fine & economically for a full circuit of Iceland approx 1500 km. No hassles at drop-off. Overall good value at the price.
