I rent a rok4 an the day when at a the airport coming with my family got a call saying the car crash that I rented an must make different arrangements when I reach the airport was suggested they can drop me an my family home or if I can use a caravan bus never trust the process about dropping home when I pay in full for a rok4 jeep so I gamble with the van which they said I can use for about two days which is the Sunday didn’t get the car unt the Monday morning no one check up on me if the van is working properly when I pay all this money for something else. So am disappointed

I was able to book whilst already on my journey to Jamaica. Paid the deposit and had a smooth transition once landed. The convenience of not having to stop someone from what their doing to pick up was paramount. Plus just having to drop off at the airport itself. I have no idea why we hadnt thought of doing this for all visits over the years prior. Would higly recommend.
