Junior and William was exceptional with the service offered. First vehicle had an issue, he immediately sent Junior to assist and when it required Service, he called Mobay and arranged for us to meet the Courier with an exchanged vehicle. Based on the distance and the weather we waited app. 2 hours for the arrival. However we was also pleased with Timroy the driver who took time to explained the new vehicle requirements. Overall I felt i received great Customer Service from ALL three representatives.
