The transaction was seamless from booking to drop-off. I actually dropped my car off in the wrong area and Richard from Hertz/Dollar not only told me where to park my car, but made sure my baby stayed safe as I did so, and made sure we made our flight due to the loss of time. Exceptional customer service and car. I would highly recommend. It was one of my best rental experiences and meant a lot, being that I was traveling alone with my 1 year old!
Please keep the payment method as it is now It| s a very good payment method for office workers
I was a little reluctant to book with this site as the price was much lower than Kayak, Expedia etc and questioned whether it was legit. Car was provided by Thrifty. No problems at all. I would use this site again.
Check in was fast. The person behind counter was very helpful . I ask if it was possible to get a bigger vehicle no problem gave me a choice of several different choices with a little increase in price. Returning the vehicle was super fast

The Rogue was very new less than 500 miles on it. Full of all the goodies. Heated steering wheel was a bonus. Easy to plug into the CarPlay which was wonderful!
