The suv worked out just fine for my purpose. It wasn’t that clean when I picked it up (vacuumed ok windows were smeared). Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Great experience.
Nancy at the AVIS desk at the Portland desk was wonderful. Not knowing, I had booked the pickup of the car at a different location that the airport but even thou the cost was higher than planned, Nancy got the reservation taken care of quickly and with a smile.
