Went with Economy Bookings / Thrifty for a solo trip and had some difficulties with my credit card while picking up my rental car. Was provided a brand new car (10 miles on the clock( a KIAmodel unknown in The U.K, very pleasant car to drive and economical on fuel. Pick up and return were easy as long as one follow the clear signs.
I had a 2019 Hinda Civic and it was fantastic!! Good gas mileage and I could easily set radio stations, seat back very comfortable and one of my best car rentals! A+
Peggy was very helpful. I had forgotten to turn in my keys so she called me and I went back and returned to her so she credited the replacement charge back to my credit card.
Great price, clean vehicle, easy drop-off process. Make sure you take photos of the car before getting in, especially if there are scratches or dents. At drop-off, I was asked to see a photo (with the photo| s time-stamp) of some dents that were pre-existing , so fortunately I had these.

They just took a long wait time to get the car but they did a good job of getting the line through.
My experience with this company was great. I read a lot of bad reviews and was nervous about using them, but I had no problems at all. It was the best deal I’ve had on a car rental in a long time. The only issue was the line at SFO Hertz but that’s to be expected at an airport car rental company. Great deal and great car!
