Joshua at Thrifty counter was a pleasure to deal with. Explained all additional services but didn| t push us to get them. Not sure why but Thrifty counter and return area were the least busy at pick up and drop off. Loved that.

We had lovely service from the check in lady-wish I could remember her name-extremely friendly. We were disappointed that the inside of the car was dirty-it appeared that soda had been spilled down the centre console. Other than that, we were very pleased with the rental. Drop-off was extremely efficient!
I was extremely satisfied with the service and reception I received from the rental company.
Told folks around the pool what a deal ! One couple went on line & rented from I later that evening. Plan to use your service again
