Our car was located right outside the baggage and Thrifty doors. We were expecting to take a shuttle so a nice surprise! Our rental rate was the lowest I found while shopping online.
When I booked it was the best price in the medium size SUV. The gentleman at the counter upgraded me when I said I prefer a full size Car and offer me a Ford Explorer for the price of a a Hyundai Santa Fee and with a friendly smile. This is my second time using Economy Bookings. The first time was not a positive experience (read the fine print of what to do if your flight is delayed/canceled, etc). However, the cost savings of using this site is so good that I gave it a second try and had a MUCH better experience (granted all my travel plans went smoothly and did not have to make any changes) . Will use again.
I’ve traveled the world several times & this is the very BEST car rental company so far! I’ll continue to use them as they have the best value & they partner w major car rental companies but you get a huge discount from this company! Try them & you won’t be disappointed!!
We loved our agent he was efficient when asking questions he accepted our responses no haggling or declining of any requests. We loved that the line up was a lot faster than competitor line ups
The representative at Thrifty was fine but the agent at Hertz kept insisting a mini coop was a full size car and that resulted in a lot of aggravation

The gentleman at the check in counter was excellent. He was polite, patient, helpful and had a smile on his face. Qualities that can, and did, make the process go smoothly. The return process was the same.
