I was VERY hesitate to keep my rental car after reading all the negative reviews. My personal experience though was a breeze. There were 2 groups of people in front of me at the counter and when I got to the counter, the worker was extremely friendly and helpful. I did have my voucher and a credit card, not debit card with my name on it. Which made it super easy….EVERYTHING matched! I think that’s where a lot of the negative reviews come from. You need to have a credit card…NOT a debit card with the name of the driver on it. We got the type of car we registered for. We did have to wait about 20 to 30 minutes for our car, but overall it was a positive experience. Drop of was super easy too. Took less then 10 minutes and everything checked out perfect. We didn’t owe extra and we weren’t charged anything extra either. Would book again.
Picking up my rental car the counter agent was extremely nice with a exccellant customer service. When returning my car this agent more than helpful for me dropping off my car and getting me the the deparature area. If this would not had happen I would have missed my flight. Thank you for hiring people who cares about others. I would have given a tip if I could have. Sorry I did not get either of the persons name. But they should be awarded for having excellant Customer Service.

The experience was excellent. I read reviews about evonomybookings and they were not positive. They did not reflect the positive experience I had. They must not have read the contract they were signing before booking. Pretty standard contract for this type of travel consolidator. Thank you economybookings.com!
