We had an excellent experience. We used the Onatario, California branch and Nico was our representative helping. He was so friendly and nice and took great care of us! Highly recommend him and this company.
Customer service was great only thing they did not have the car I requested. And paid for. I ended up with a minivan.
I selected to pick up the car at Ontario Airport. Just check-in with the person at counter and took the key. Then I was told to walk to the parking lot to look for the car. It was easy to see the car then drove the car to exit. I was asked to show to the person the rental car contract. Then I could go. The car was clean and in a very good condition. It came with carplay and bluebooth. It also came with the back up camera.
Despite the airline cancelling our flight causing us to arrive a day late, we were still within the 24-hour window and our reservation was held by Dollar. This may be the result of renting within the USA and not international. Needless to say, we word anxious the whole time, but all| s well that ends well.
