Midsize Car Rental in Ontario

The agent who assisted me was great. She offered me a protection plan, but I noted to her that I will only be here for just under 24 hours. I will o to Upland, then Ontario and then to Airport in this time. I told her I doubt I will put on 25 miles. I did and made video of the exterior for proof of condition. As I drove out the agent asked me to what the milage read. I looked and was shocked: ONLY 5 miles. I realized this was brand spanking new. And I was the first renter to drive it. On return, I left a note on the back of my business card noting that I was the first driver of this rental and told the next one I hope you like it as much as I did. Told the receiving agent what I was doing and to tell the cleaning staff to leave it for the next renter. If you can reach out to the agent who handle my reservation let her know I started at 5 miles and I finished at 28, So I was right on being under 25 miles by 2 miles. Thank you for this special experience.

We had a great experience with the car, the pick up process took us a little to figure it out since the have to send a car to pick you up at the rental car area, their offices are outside the airport area, not far at all. The car was just as described and the price was great. The return process was a little confusing, you return the car to the same office outside the airport and the will take you to the airport, if your plane is leaving or arriving before or after their office hours, make sure to mention that to them ahead of time to get instructions on how and where to receive the car and to return it. Office people are very kind and attentive.
