There was no record of the booking at the rental counter despite confirmation emails from economy bookings. I had to pay a second time. My experience so far is that the website makes it impossible to get a refund.

Got an excellent deal at Hertz, was able to choose a different car when collecting and had a very broad range of cars to choose from. That was a Hertz thing though and nothing to do with Economy Bookings

We had a great experience with the car, the pick up process took us a little to figure it out since the have to send a car to pick you up at the rental car area, their offices are outside the airport area, not far at all. The car was just as described and the price was great. The return process was a little confusing, you return the car to the same office outside the airport and the will take you to the airport, if your plane is leaving or arriving before or after their office hours, make sure to mention that to them ahead of time to get instructions on how and where to receive the car and to return it. Office people are very kind and attentive.
