Very pleasant experience, staff at rental desk were ready helpful, they explained everything and explained which cars we could choose from. The transfers to and from the airport were excellent, very friendly staff with positive attitudes
The only drawback was that we got a flat (NOT the rental| s fault!) but due to no new vehicles coming equipped with spare tires, we had to be towed nearly 2 hours back to Sacramento Airport to get a different vehicle, which was time consuming, and then drive another 2 hours back to Clear Lake where we were staying. The rental company was very helpful and I| m glad I opted for the additional insurance coverage so there was zero out of pocket for us.
We rented a mini van for 31 days. We have never used Bookings through Expedia before and were very apprehensive. Especially since we had never heard of the company and in some cases the rental with Bookings was over $1,000 cheaper. So, I did some research on the company to ease my mind. Then after I booked the car and received the confirmation email, I waited a couple days and confirmed my rental with company on the reservation. Everything worked out so much better than I expected. We will definitely look into using Bookings again.

Wish I could have used the pre registration pickup so there was no waiting i line. It still went pretty quick.
Nothing negative to say.Upon arrival the van we rented was unavailable. WE WERE UPGRADED AND WE LOVED THE CHOICE GIVEN..NO EXTRA CHARGE...
Was just a bit confusing on where to catch the shuttle at the airport. Once on the shuttle the rest was a breeze.
