We were extremely pleased with the service and since it was my daughter| s birthday weekend, they gave us an upgrade! It was so amazing and my daughter (32 years old) was extremely happy with the vehicle. The car was a Jeep and we removed the front top and were living the life!!! She took a few photos with the Jeep and the Jeep Company | liked| her story and photos!

Very limitee signage at drop off point at Palazzo. No customer service after 5pm was not ideal. Dropped car off at 615pm and nobody knew where to send us to drop off keys. Apart from that couldnt fault them.
