When I got to the airport I went to the spot that I was given and went to exit the ramp. Upon arriving to the gate I was told that a problem had occurred. The car that I was suppose to pickup was not the car I should have received. Our flights were delayed and when I called they said I was safe with my rental for 24 hours. I was stopped at the gate by Jerell G. He was extremely helpful and went to get the Manager Ishmael Turner. After 45 minutes Ishmael and team got us on our way. I am in the customer service industry and I want to make sure that I telll you that Ishmael took control of the situation and handled it with competence, grace, professionalism, and a niceness that I do not often find. He was understanding and gave us an upgrade. His team Jerell G and Latoga M served him and handled a very stressful situation. I commend them and your company for the service that we received. Please let the team know that they made our issue less stressful and found them excellent in there service.

so there was a lot of traffic on the way to the return, i called Thrift to extend by 30 min but got a failure on their website, i called hertz the parent company
Car with 3500 miles. Very good condition. Nissan Rogue was a good choice for three big bags, three small bags. Gas consumption OK. Enough power and good to drive.
Easy location for pick up close to our hotel. Drop off was very easy to find, and then a shuttle bus to the airport.

Overall it was a very good deal, and a great car. I wasn| t aware when I booked the car that a second driver would come at an additional cost; it would have felt much better if that was made very obvious at the time of booking.
Probably the fastest pickup of a car I have ever experienced. Super easy drop off area, I had to be at the airport at 3 am.. First time user of Sixt will use again if price dictates usage.

Great service. Our original car had a service and oil light come up on the dash. We drove to the nearest Alamo in Santa Barbara, and we were given a new replacement car immediately. On arrival at LAX, the establishment was easy to locate. Swift handover, and shuttle buses waiting right next to drop off. Thoroughly impressed with the service.
