Mostly good. The agent at the pickup desk didn| t seem very friendly. Drop off was not too smooth as I couldn| t find any signage for Thrifty.

I really liked the unlimited mileage option. I took a long road trip from California to Northern Idaho with the family and I didn’t feel anxious about the cost of mileage.

I was nervous not knowing which car rental company I was going to book with - but I ended up with Dollar and it was so easy to rent my car. Unfortunately they did not have the make and model I was hoping for, but they did have an equivalent and my rental was brand new. I was very happy and I will use booking again. Thank you!
