Courtesy shuttle runs frequently. Easy self check in process. Choice of a few cars. We had a 45 day rental of premium SUV. We took a Mercedes GLC 300. Excellent car. Very comfortable, handles well, great power for overtaking. Staff are very friendly and super efficient. Impressive experience all round.

They didn| t have the 2025 GMC Acadia we had booked but they had the 2025 Chev Traverse which is the sister vehicle to the Acadian so it worked out great.

There was no record of the booking at the rental counter despite confirmation emails from economy bookings. I had to pay a second time. My experience so far is that the website makes it impossible to get a refund.
Very limitee signage at drop off point at Palazzo. No customer service after 5pm was not ideal. Dropped car off at 615pm and nobody knew where to send us to drop off keys. Apart from that couldnt fault them.

His curtious approach helped me in upgrading to make the trip better. The ease, quickness and efficiency of the whole process was excellent and fisrt class. The return process was just as great. The gentlemen at the return were very helpful and informative making our holiday complete.
