The entire staff is very attentive to your needs. There’s no other than Mr. Mitchell at the front desk. He is quick, efficient, knowledgeable and does it with a touch of class. In the event you need clarification of a unfamiliar charge another quality teammate behind the scenes is Ramzi, he is very much on top of his game and if he doesn’t have an answer on the spot. Ramzi goes the extra mile to research the charge and will explain it to you in a very user friendly way.
It was very easy and relatively fast to pick up the vehicle. Staff offered an upgrade and additional insurance. Didn| t take them, as expected they insisted a lot with additional insurance, but after I specified I had insurance from my credit card too and told them the insurance brand name they let it go, even though car rental had already damage waiver & third party insurance. I didn´t need extra protection. Drop off was very convenient, fast and easy. I| m over all really happy with my experience and will be booking with them again if I need to. Car was clean and condition was ok, had a few details. I took a video of the car before taking it and kept it till I dropped off the car, so far I haven| t been charged for anything else, but they haven| t return the deposit either. I| m keeping that video just in case. Will delete after I get my deposit back.
Everything went very well, only the delay at the airport waiting for the bus to go pick up the car for 35 minutes

Very pleasant experience with Sixt: (1) extremely friendly and helpful drivers in the airport pickup/drop off shuttles (2) very well staffed counters, which made picking up the car a breeze. I| ve rented with several car rental companies and the car pickup is always a painful experience, waiting in long lines and dealing with overly aggressive sales reps. None of that with Sixt
