When I was having difficulty with my credit card, I called the customer service telephone number. The representative on the phone was excellent. She knew the website inside and out. And eventually my card was accepted. She was lovely as well.

the person checking us in upon return was friendly and efficient. the lot manager was excellent because my husband left diabetic supplies in the car and he went to look in the car in the back lot. he was able to find the supplies and returned it to me. i really appreciated his going that extra mile for the customer.
Over the last few years, I have found the price of rental cars increasing and increasing. This leads to look harder for better deals. Economy Booking saved me $200 on this booking. That was much appreciated since almost all rental cars and rental car companies are identical. I will use EB again!
