We got very lucky. After the time we were traveling, is also ""slow season"" and we got the best service.
We just wanted share that our representative Sammy from Sacramento International Airport Alamo sites was above excellent in handling us. We had a bit of a drama with our Mastercard and was able to fix the situation. He also gave us a wonderful upgrade at less then half price.
