I was expecting to have to deal with that but I didn’t and I left surprisingly very happy with the service I received. Good rental, had a newer car that had a. Few scrapes and a small ding, with the rental car dirty windows from most companies. Rental prices are similar are becoming almost as much as purchasing one. Other than that it was great!
The gentleman at the desk in San Diego was amazing! Not only did he provide a friendly welcome but he gave us lots of sight seeing recommendations as well and then we received an upgrade as well because the car we chose wasn’t available. Great experience and great value!
Charging $12.37 per gallon for two gallon fill up is unwarranted and out and out gouging. The car was a great ride in clean and healthy condition.
