      When I got to the Avis counter I got all checked in and was told there were no cars, at the same time a gentleman came back from going to get his car and there wasn’t a car in the spot, meanwhile I told the agent my husband was a wizard member and they found me a car and it was an upgrade. So it all turned out fine.
