They were very short staffed when I went to pick up my car. It was about a 3 1/2 hour wait. But the people who didn’t help us were very nice. I think two people called in sick. I didn’t ask for mental was excellent.
Grady our shuttle driver was over the top helpful. He reminded us if we had our ID’s, personal items, etc. before leaving the car return. When I got to the gate, I realized I was missing a bag and returned to the car rental. Grady said he’d wait for me to check the car which he did, but no one could locate it. He then retuned me to the airport and we discussed how there are worst things than a lost bag. Boy, was i surprised when we were going through security he ran up to me with the bag! They had found it in another car that was similar! We were so grateful for his concern and diligence. Really polite, honest, helpful young man.
The car I was first given was a total mess exhaust system was noisy and the brakes squealed so much it seemed there was nothing except steel on steel. BUT when I took it back the next day we were given an almost new Ford Edge which was a dream. We had it for two weeks and it was a great drive. My only complaint is I had to drive the wreck for about 30 miles before getting the Edge.

This was an economy vehicle, which seated our purposes on the island. No frills, nothing fancy but worked out well for us. Conveniently located at airport with shuttle service to specific car rental facility. Drop off was super easy.
