It wasn’t too dirty, and the transmission worked almost as it should. That said, the price was the real deal breaker—I got what I paid for. Overall, it was a decent experience and a good deal for the price.

Very easy to pick up and return and I did get a little bit of an upgrade, which was very nice.
Have received a bill from Hertz for over $3000. tried to contact with no luck. Not sure whats going to happen
The key fob wasn’t working on the first car they gave me, so they upgraded to a newer car with Car Play. I was very pleased with the second car.
I appreciate that after waiting 2 hours for our car that when they didn’t have our explorer they gave us a jeep and gave us a ticket for free gas on the return.
